LANDSCAPE TEAM MEMBER

THE POSITION:
Landscape Install/Construction-Team Member
Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal, Winter Hours Available
Min. Requirements:
– Ability to work 40+ hours a week
– Arrive on time with a positive attitude ready to work
– Ability to bend, kneel, squat and lift 50lbs. throughout the day
– Perform tasks in a timely manner w/little supervision
– Contribute and operate well in a team environment
– Hold a valid driver license with a reliable means of transportation

LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADER

THE POSITION:
Landscape Install/Construction-Team Leader
Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal, Winter Hours Available
Min. Requirements:- 3+ years in a leadership role within the landscape, construction or related industry
– Ability to read detailed plan work and install projects according to specifications
– Knowledge of industry terms, materials and installation process’s
– Experience operating a variety of machinery/equipment (skids, dingo, saws and etc.)
– Valid driver license w/clean driving record
WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT:
– Arrive on time and lead with a positive and motivated manner every day
– Effectively manage/lead a crew from project start through to completion
– Assess job site conditions and have the ability to react and adapt accordingly
– Successfully delegate daily tasks to crew members in a clear and concise manner

MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY SERVICE TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:
Landscape Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal, Winter Hours Available
Min. Requirements:- 2+ years of maintenance experience in the landscape, construction or related industry
– Ability to communicate in an efficient and effective manner in a team setting or with clients
– Proficient in working with a variety of tools, machinery and equipment (skids, dingo, saws and etc.)
– Knowledge of industry terms, materials and installation process’s (plants, rock, mulch and etc.)
– Valid driver license w/clean driving record
WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT:
– Punctual, self motivated, and able to work independently
– Excellent attention to detail with strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
– Successfully schedule daily tasks and manage weekly workloads according to priority
– Ability to schedule meetings with home owners to give estimates, sign contracts and complete order requests
