TEAM MEMBER

This full-time, seasonal position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with winter hours available. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and construction of landscaping projects.
  • Perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and punctuality.
  • Engage in physical activities such as bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina for outdoor work.

MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a Warranty and Irrigation Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing landscapes, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our team. This full-time, seasonal role offers the potential for winter hours, providing opportunities for year-round employment. Task Masters stands out by offering the tools and support necessary for you to excel in your position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscape warranty and irrigation repair services efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Operate a variety of tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
  • Schedule and manage daily tasks and weekly workloads according to priority.
  • Repair and adjust new and existing irrigation systems to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in the landscape, construction, or related industry.
  • Proficient in using various tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of industry terms, materials, and installation processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting and with clients.
  • Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Well versed in the installation and repair of irrigation systems.
